WHAT'S REQUIRED OF OUR STUDENTS
ATTENDANCE
We expect all students to attend class every week. You will have to be present for at least 75% of all classes to be able to pass for the year. Extenuating circumstances may be considered, but are not guaranteed.

It is difficult to receive what is imparted in class when you are not present. Be sure to make it a priority to be in class on time.
COURSEWORK
Coursework will be assigned weekly and is expected to be completed before we meet the following week.

Late assignments will not be accepted. After 3 assignments not being submitted on time, students will be placed on academic probation.
READING
Reading is a large part of our curriculum. Reading your Bible and instructional books will be required.

Not a reader? - Begin rebuking that lie now! You CAN be a reader, you just have to dedicate yourself!
TUITION
2024- 2026 Tuition Fees

Application Fee - $35
Year #1 Tuition - $600
Year #2 Tuition - $600
Total 2-year Tuition - $1,200
(monthly payments of $60/month for 20 months)
Potential Discounts:
1 Year Tuition Paid in Full (7% off) - $558
By Semester (5% off) - $285 / semester
Family Discount - families of 2 or more students will receive a 20% discount per person

Application Fee
We will require a passport style photo of you to be uploaded to your application when applying to our school.
If you do not currently attend Community Transformation Church, we will require you to give information to contact references within your church's leadership team or staff and a personal friend.
We will be contacting them while considering students for this course.
We may ask you for an interview so we can get to know you better while being considered for The CHASSM.
Once applications have been submitted, an email will be generated prompting payment for application submission. Applications will not be considered received until the fee has been received.
GRADUATION
Students will not graduate or advance to the following year unless they have completed the academic, attendance, and financial requirements, as well as, the spiritual tasks assigned for the year.

The requirement of all students is to complete all assignments given, pay their tuition in full, be absent no more than eight classes throughout the year, and to display godly character.
​
We will be working on becoming accredited, but currently are not. However we will be providing certification of completion each year. Please see our curriculum section for more information.
